In addition, she found our family the house of our dreams, in the area we wanted, and negotiated a price we could afford. She also orchestrated both closings on the same day, in the same place. Cozette, is a really patient person,she does not push u into making a decision. She wants to make sure you get what you want in a home even if it takes looking at many homes throughout the area. Cozette made me feel really comfortable about calling her with any questions that I had if she didn't have the answer she would make calls to find the answer. Cozette worked with us for a few years until we found the home that we were looking for. Cozette is so laid back and is willing to stick with you every step of the way during the home buying process.
