Amy is an excellent agent. As a first time home buyer, Amy helped explain the whole process to me and gave valuable knowledge on how to make the strongest offer. She points out things in houses that an untrained eye would easily miss. She also notes things that could be easily changed that would otherwise scare off potential buyers without that knowledge. She is very honest about houses and has her buyer?s best interests in mind. She is very responsive and easy to get in contact with if I had any questions or concerns. Amy did not perform many of the items listed in the brochure she presented to me when she signed me up. She did not respond promptly and sent a substitute to present the offers. She did not perform any negotiation with buyers such as present best and final.
