Coldwell Banker Hartung

Martin was exceptional in the assistance that he provided to us in our home purchase and relocation back to Tallahassee! We could not have asked for better service or commitment during our home buying process than what we received from Martin and would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Martin was absolutely the best!! I highly recommend him to anyone. He stands out miles above the rest. He sold my home at first open house and went over and above with attention to detail in handling everything we needed in getting the closing done to perfection. So easy to work with and a delight! Now, I am interested in investment property and he is the only person I will need and trust for that.

Where do i even start? We are so happy and blessed to have worked with Martin in this process. He was always there to walk us through every scenario and offer solutions that were suitable to our needs. He took the time to learn what we were looking for and wanted to make this a much more enjoyable process than i had anticipated. He was always available to answer all of our asks and to give input as to what he thought would be best for us...all while never being pushy or trying to rush the process. We could not be happier we our experience with Martin and would highly recommend him without hesitation. Thank you so much for helping us make this a reality!

Martin and I met by chance when he showed me a home about 2 years ago before we even listed our house. Turns out he came highly reccomended from family and friends in the industry and we knew why. Martins dedication to our sale made us feel safe with our decisions selling our home. He was very communicative when we had movement on our house and always listened to our ideas and questions responding quickly and accordingly. We couldnt be any happier with Martin and his friendship throughout this process. Anytime we buy or sell in Florida Martin Chavez will be our first and only call. -The Davis'
