Coldwell Banker Group One Realty

Where do I start?! This was my first time purchasing a home and Aaron was phenomenal. He made everything seemingly effortless on my part, was super easy and comfortable to work with. I highly recommend Aaron. He was very present and always available to communicate. Thank you for all your hard work!

Aaron did a fantastic job for us - very down to earth and easy to talk to while demonstrating strong negotiation skills. He found creative ways for us to get to a signed contract and was with us every step of the way. We highly recommend him for your next purchase or sale!

We live across the country from the home we were needing to sell. Aaron was not skilled as an experienced realtor, he also made himself readily available to be on-property for any repairs, updating, or utility needs given our inability to be there in person. Without hesitation, he helped us coordinate with reliable local folks to get the house in shape for sale. All communication was courteous and timely with most responses coming within the hour. This could have been a miserable experience for us being so far from the property, but instead we couldn't have asked for a smoother process thanks to Aaron's professionalism and integrity.
