Abby and her team were great. We started with a few emails/texts to get a rough idea of what we were looking for. Then she scheduled a series of viewings in a Saturday. Little did we know she saw pst what we thought we could get (a condo) and after viewing what we said we wanted, she asked if we had time to see another option (a house not a condo). Well that opened up a whole new can of (good) worms and after another Sat of viewings we (thankfully) dumped the condo idea. A week and a half later we were in escrow. Abby and her team are a wealth of info on both properties and inspections but also on other necessities like lateral sewer repair grants, contractors, gardeners, etc.Almost immediately we felt like we were working with friends than just realtors. Its been a great and well paced process. My wife and I now have the house we really wanted!

Once we decided to move our home buying search to Marin County, we knew we needed an expert in the area who knew the local market and wouldn't mind working with new buyers. Abby came recommended to us through family and we were so glad to have her help us!Abby was fantastic at presenting all the different options in our budget and was immediately searching for potential homes after our first meeting.
