We worked with Delia for over a year because we were very picky and knew what we were looking for. The market in our area is very tight when it came to wanting land and a decent house for a decent price. Delia was very patient and kept in contact and sent us homes she thought we would be interested in. We actually only looked at two homes and put a offer in on the one we wanted and got it quickly. Delia then immediately helped us sell our current house during a very slow time Christmas we sold our house in only weeks. We are in our forever home now and loving the freedom of being land owners.
