I think what impressed me most about Kurt Congdon was not just his level of expertise and real estate knowledge but, rather, his positive nature and optimism during a very difficult real estate environment.Kurt was our agent when we sold our Nevada City home in October of 2010. Inventories were huge, values were horrible, and buyers were scarce. Despite these major obstacles, Kurt was able to sell our home in less than 4 months. Kurt has a great team and the transaction was seamless. He was strategic about pricing, had a strong marketing team that got a lot of traffic through the home, and had the software functionality to allow us to sign all documents from a remote site (which was a huge time-saver).In short, he was simply a perfect agent for us. He was confident from the beginning, was calm, professional, and organized.
