Tim was extremely helpful, timely, and productive in finding a rental home in an extremely tight market! He provided invaluable assistance in locating the property and supporting negotiations. He completely understood and acted upon our needs and requirements. Fantastic experience and I highly recommend Tim.

I've worked with Stefan several times to rent and to purchase real estate and would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and understands the market dynamics well. You will not be just a number to him like with many RE agents out there, he will give you personal attention and go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met at a great price.

Stefan helped me with purchasing a multi unit property and I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He guided me through the whole process, made it as simple as possible. He was always very prompt with responding to all of my questions. I would definitely use his services again. Highly recommend!

Stefan showed me two condos in a new development. Great agent to work with. He knew the properties inside and out. He took the time to explain how Cook County taxes are done a year in the past and how that applies to new construction. Extremely helpful overall. Will definitely work with Stefan again.

Stefan was very experienced and he was always on top of every single detailed with his best solution and had answers to each question. Thank you for your patience:)
