I paid less than I expected because she has a great sense for negotiations. She knew I could get the place offering less than I would have had the courage to offer. At closing she detected a wording in the closing documents that was not in my favor and had it changed for me. I wouldn't have seen it and I am glad she did! I recommend Susan to all my friends and family and I will use her services again should I need a realtor again.
