Our family is blessed to have Patty as our agent to buy our first house. She is amazing. I was deeply impressed by her people skills, resourceful knowledge, and professionalism. I got to know Patty during our house hunting in Hays, KS. She was very friendly, professional, and confident. She wanted to know what kind of house we were looking for, and then showed us the possible ideal houses as the first guest as soon as the house was ready to show. No matter what weather it was (there were hails in Hays), she was ready to show us the houses to our satisfaction. I was impressed by her prompt responses and timely feedback during the whole process. The highlight of the buying process was her encouragement and powerful words to keep us follow through the long process. After finally found the idea house in a hailed day and the seller accepted our offer, we had trouble with getting a fixed rate with a bank. It was a tough decision. They worked hard to compromise our schedule for the paper work and took care of every requirement on purchasing a house. Tammy went above and beyond helping us. We were from out of state with a list of homes we had found online that we wanted to look at in multiple towns. We stopped at the first house and called the listing agent, which was Tammy, she met us at the house within 20 minutes to show us the property. She then showed us two other listings in the area. We thanked her and continued on to the next town. The following day on our way back through we had one more house we were interested in looking at. Tammy was able to meet us again on short notice to show the property and also told us of another one to drive past and look at on our way there. We put in a verbal offer on a house to gauge where the sellers were. She was very helpful through the process as we were no longer in the same state. She took care of issues as they came up with our lender, keeping us and the sellers in the loop. She was there through the entire process for us and so easy to work with. We will recommend her to any one coming to the area and use her again should we find ourselves looking for an agent.
