If I could give Kevin 10 stars, I would. From the minute we met Kevin, my husband and I knew we were in the right hands. As first-time homebuyers, the house hunting process -- especially during Covid times -- was overwhelming and intimidating, and we weren't quite sure what to expect. During the 3 months it took us to find our dream home, Kevin was so incredibly knowledgeable, perceptive, approachable, honest, and always available when we needed him, day or night. He is truly one of the most genuinely empathetic and kind people we have ever met. He took the time to get to know us, our hopes and dreams for a home, and guided us through the entire process with the respect and care you'd expect from a lifelong friend. Kevin clearly cares deeply about the people he works with, and he is able to balance sharing the excitement of finding a home with the authentic transparency needed to find "the one." We can both say confidently there is absolutely no way you can find a better realtor in the area, the state, or the darn country. How many realtors surprise you at closing with a wood-carved bear for your front porch? How many of them name the bear Norman? Just one. And it's Kevin. I could go on for hours, but I won't. Kevin is hands-down the best, and we just hope others can have as wonderful an experience as we did. We are forever grateful to him and will refer him until the cows come home!
