Amanda was great to work with, see has helped us on three separate occasions (Two purchases and One sale). In November of 2020 we moved into our custom built dream home! It wouldn't have been possible without Amanda. She had a professional relationship with the selling agent. And even with our dream home under contract by another buyer, we were able to secure a contract when the other perspective buyer's contract fell thru. During this time the market was super hot and we avoided having to compete with the open market on our home. Her recommendation for a loan officer was superb and together with a lot of cards stacked against us we made the transaction! She also sold our then current home within 2.5 days on the market for over asking price! We'd received close to 20 offers! Like I said she's easy to work with, responsive, and simplifies the home buying/selling process which most people know is can be extremely frustrating at times. One final personal touch, she sends my wife and I mail from time to time including birthday cards and gift cards! What more can you expect??? When we decide to purchase additional properties, rental or otherwise we will certainly be looking to use Amanda and highly recommend her!

James was with us every step of the way. He was easy to reach and checked on us, at the minimum, weekly while we were showing the house. In the last couple weeks prior to closing there were some minor repairs needed and he helped locate reliable, professional repairmen and reasonably prices. James helped us get a beautiful country home as well. We really loved working with James through the process and highly recommend him.

James was very efficient in achieving the sale of our property. We happened to place our home on the market out of the 'prime' time when potential buyers are looking which concerned us but with James's help, we found a buyer after three weeks on the market. Advice provided by him helped us to make important decisions about how to price and present our home to capture the eye. James put together an excellent video of our home and posted it on the property website. James was easily accessible via phone and internet and kept focused on our sale. Our closing went smoothly and without complication. We highly recommend him.

Absolutely loved working with James to find our first home. Very knowledgeable, and helped us find lots of potential buys that fit our requests, helping us to narrow down to exactly which one was perfect for our family. He was incredibly responsive in setting up viewings and working through negotiations, the whole process was made very fun and stress free with his assistance.

We truly enjoyed working with Amanda. First, as our son's buying agent, and then as our selling agent. The way that she treated him and his wife as first time buyers, without a lot of money, was so kind and helpful. Anyone could have easily sold my house, but I wanted Amanda to do it as she took great care of my son, and subsequently, us too!
