My coworker was a first-time homebuyer, and very nervous about the process. She found Brent, and together found a house for her. I was shocked at how quickly the process went for her, and how much he handled. She was happy with the process and Brent's help. When my wife and I were ready to buy, we saw a few realtors and were pleased, but Brent had the positive reputation and we got along well with him.We looked at some houses with us, and got the sense that he was giving us honest help (we were deeply inexperienced) and advice in keeping with our desires. He seemed to rather make a sale that we would love, versus one that would net him the most cash. We ended up with a beautiful house, and Brent shielded us from all the bull and helped us understand what we were getting into and what was happening at every point.10/10 would buy house with again
