Pam was awesome, we spent several seasons evaluating the market and identifying specifically where we wanted to to be. Pam was patient and vigilant in helping us find the right place for us.

This was my second time working with Pam and again she did not disappoint. She really took charge and ran point on everything which as a new parent gave my wife and I some much needed peace of mind. She made it happen and I will be forever grateful. ??

Pam took on our listing, a fully remodeled condo in Warm Springs. We went with Pam as her familiarity with the Warm Springs market and specifically our complex is really solid, we also like the Berkshire Hathaway brand. We set marketing and pricing strategy based on the most recent data in combo with what we had done with the unit and how it turned out. Pam suggested a listing price, which matched my wife's (15 years of real estate experience in another market), and it turned out to be spot on. We received an offer within 2 days of going on the market and ultimately settled at full ask. She was always calm, didn't over communicate (which was really nice), but was right there when we had questions, needed action etc... She was on top of the negotiation and did a great job getting getting to mutually agreeable terms. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking for a listing or buying agent in the Sun Valley area!!

I was impressed when she sold a friend's home almost immediately and equally impressed when she took me through the process of succesfully selling my home during a much slower time in the market. Pam has great work ethic, is available and goes the extra mile when working with me. She never makes me feel like I am bothering her when I have questions or an interest in knowing more about a property.
