Stephanie Woolley is the realtor to call when you need to get the job done! Before Stephanie came along, my house had already been on the market for 6 months with a different realtor. My house needed some TLC and my previous strategy was to just lower the price to cover the leaky roof over the garage. But then I hired Stephanie and she had a better strategy. She went above and beyond the call of duty when she called around and found a reputable roofer to put a new roof over the garage - and the roofer she found even agreed to wait on payment until the house closed. She also took the initiative to take care of some minor issues found during the house inspection. I was already living out of state and I can't tell you what a relief it was knowing that Stephanie was on the job. She gave good advice and backed it up by investing her time and energy to do things right. The selling price was higher than all previous offers with the other realtor and easily covered the extra (very reasonable) cost of fixing the roof. All of this was much more than I expected from a realtor, but I'm sure glad - and very grateful - that that is how Stephanie rolls. We closed on the house 6 weeks after she took over my listing. Do yourself a favor and hire Stephanie Woolley to sell your house.
