ZillowVERIFIED Julie did a great job for us with our recent sell and buy. She put together a thorough packet and gave us great advice on the pricing of our home. We were under contract in 24 hours with two offers over asking price! While we looked at numerous homes to move to, she was very patient and never pushy. Each of our texts or emails to her was responded to promptly. When some little glitches arose with the seller or the lender, she jumped into action. As a Grand Junction native, she knows this market. We know she has other clients, but she always made us feel as though we were her top priority. Julie helped us find our forever home and she is highly recommended. ZillowVERIFIED Julie helped us sell a house for an elderly relative who had recently moved to a nursing home. We flew into Grand Junction from Minnesota and were going to be in town for 5 days. We met with Julie the day after we arrived and were immediately impressed by her knowledge of the area, preparedness and experience. Julie recognized our sense of urgency because we were in Grand Junction for such a short time and that we were spending much of that time visiting our elderly uncle. Once we listed with Julie she had the house on the market and sold in 9 days. We closed 30 days later. Our experience with Julie was great.
