Anne was recommended to us by some friends as my wife and I were looking for our first home. Anne was quick to get in touch with us and eager to help us find our home, event though we were on a timeline with our lease expiring and a baby on the way. One of the qualities we appreciated most about Anne was her honesty and directness, while still being genuine. Anne never steered us one way or the other when looking at homes, and always offered sound advice and insight that we appreciated. She knows the Dedham, Norwood, and South Shore area very well and knows many of the inspectors and other trade professionals in the area who were able to help us during inspection time. Because of her years of experience, Anne was helpful through the entire process right through the closing. We had many questions and she never made us feel like we were bothering her. She always made time for us, and made a point of getting to know who we were as people. We believed she was as genuinely engaged in finding us a house that worked for us, personally, as we were, and that's a rare find. We found the home we'll raise our children in because of her and would highly recommend her to everyone.
