Good morning all who read this. My name is Kevin Simmons. Ive known Cheryl Hood 5-6 years now. I met her one day when I worked at Publix in Sango. I was an Assistant Produce Manager during that time. Cheryl was shopping. When I say her, I asked, excuse me are you a realtor and of course she was. I talked with her then and expressed my interest in buying a house. We exchanged contact info and scheduled at appointment to sit down and go over somethings. Cheryl introduced me to her financial guy Daniel Page. Long story short I had some credit things I needed to fix. Took me about six months to a year to accomplish the goals they set for me. After they goal was met Cheryl put together a package of house and we went around and found the house for me. I purchased that house on June 10, 2021. I lived in that house till May 4th, 2026. Cheryl sold that very same house for me. In short not only was Cherly my realtor for the buying and selling of my house, but she had also become my very good friend over those years. Anything I needed help with or any information I needed to find out about I called on Cheryl. She also on holidays and various different times would send or bring over droughts or pumpkin pies. They final gift she gave me upon selling my house was a designer blanket with my last name embroidered on it. In all honesty I couldn't have asked for a better realtor/friend.
