My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Carrie, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. We were first time home buyers moving to the Pioneer Valley from several hours away, and I deeply appreciated Carrie's professional expertise, deep knowledge of the area, patience, and empathy throughout the process. Carrie was amazing. She helped us buy and sell a house and we were not easy customers. The first house we found was in 2020 and the inspection showed more problems than we were prepared for. It took us 4 years to find another house that we liked. I can't even tell you how many houses Carrie showed us. When we finally found The One she helped us to negotiate a price we could afford. When were ready to sell our previous home she brought in a drone photographer for a photoshoot and helped us get the best price possible. She has also been a wealth of information helping us find tradespeople for the improvement projects that we need. She knows the area very well. She has truly gone above and beyond.
