Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty

We would recommend The Parkinson Group to anyone looking to buy or sell in the real estate market. They were very professional, knowledgeable and most important, they truely care about their clients. Kurt and his team are by far the best realtors we know. We wouldn't use anyone else! Thanks so much for all your hard work!

Kurt Parkinson closed a short sale on my Dads residence in Antelope for us earlier this year, and he did a great job. The initial buyer pulled out, and Kurt had a new offer in hand that same week. Working through the process with B of A was difficult. Kurt, along with his highly professional staff, kept us informed all along the way. I would highly recommend Kurt and the REMAX Gold Sacramento team.

kurt is a great person u really can trust and would love to work with he just helped us buy a new house . we really appreciate his hard work..... thank's aman&sukhtaj
