Jennifer Arendale was the perfect realtor for us as first-time homebuyers. We were a bit overwhelmed going into the process, but Jennifer was helpful in answering all of our questions while keeping us on top of what we needed to do. She provided fair and unbiased comments on all of the houses we looked at, and we did not feel pressured at all to make an offer. When we found the home we wanted, her experience was valuable in helping us make the winning offer in a very competitive situation. Jennifer helped make the homebuying process much easier than we thought and we would definitely work with her again!

Theres not a better agent than Jennifer. I gave it a try with another agent but quickly found that it was difficult to schedule showings and negotiate properly. I hired Jennifer to find and represent me in my very first home purchase (as a single woman), and she did a phenomenal job. Too many agents have excuses.... they dont work evenings, they dont work weekends, and theyre never available. The problem is that we are in a sellers market right now, and theres not one single minute to waste. Jennifer understood this, and she was there for me anytime I needed her and asked her to show me a house. I would give her lists of 8-10 houses at a time that I researched online, and within hours she had info on all of them and appointments scheduled. We found a home and closed within just around a month or so. It wasnt long at all, and she made the process so easy. Buying a new home isnt stress-free at all, so Jennifer patiently listened to me cry, get angry at times, and then supported me in the joy that came. She was there every step of the way, and I would NEVER recommend anyone else. She will do what it takes to sell your house quickly and also find your dream house.Jennifer has the knowledge and experience.
