This lady will go out of her way to help you. I listed with her then went to Texas to stay with my daughter while grieving over the passing of my husband. Hurricane Sally hit our area hard. Shannon and her husband stored the porch furniture in the garage, no electric after storm passed and she cleaned out the refrigerator and freezer. Got someone to remove the down trees and downed privacy fence. Then just a few weeks later sold the house for a cash deal very close to what I was asking. What a realtor she is to go so far out of her way, she earned her commission on this sale.
