I've known Stephanie for over 10 years (we actually started real estate at the same time) and she helped us sell our previous home and purchase our current one. She is an incredible Realtor and friend. Stephanie is tenacious and detail oriented, so she's always a step or two ahead and ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We've honestly lost count of how many friends we've referred to her over the years (somewhere in the 12-15 count I think!). I worked for Homes & Land Magazine for many years and I've known a lot of Upstate Realtors and there's no one in this market I'd recommend more than Stephanie!

Stephanie did not do what was expected, because let's face it, expectations are pretty low when it comes to getting service these days. What she did is what she should have done. she was quick to reach out when I first inquired about buying, she asked what I was looking for in a house, and all of the listing she sent me were within that criteria. therefore, I found a house I like very quickly, and the process was started and done in just a few weeks instead of the months I was expecting. No stress at all.

Stephanie did an OUTSTANDING job in listing my home for sale and we had an above asking price offer in literally hours! She was such a wonderful person to work with. I had several agents tour my home before listing, but Stephanie was the ONE that really "got" my home and me! As we walked the property she immediately commented on numerous "selling features" that other agents did not, which I really appreciated. She offered a very simple "staging" suggestion that looked beautiful in pictures and as we later turned made a great impression on our buyers. She listed my home quickly from the time we meet. She did a fantastic job in keeping me informed of "events" from prior to listing all the way THRU closing, and honestly beyond helping me with questions later. I would give her 10 stars on communication and responsiveness! I had not sold a home or bought a home in 20 years so the fact that Stephanie really walked me thru each step with great patience and expertise made ALL the difference. I relocated to GA or would have definitely would have utilized Stephanie to purchase my next home.
