Stephanie was incredibly responsive, typically messaging me back within seconds. Her knowledge of the homes in the local area was very impressive--she could immediately tell me issues that were occurring at certain homes that may be impacting the value of the homes. Also, she was very good at negotiating and pushing to get the best deal for me.

Stephanie did not do what was expected, because let's face it, expectations are pretty low when it comes to getting service these days. What she did is what she should have done. she was quick to reach out when I first inquired about buying, she asked what I was looking for in a house, and all of the listing she sent me were within that criteria. therefore, I found a house I like very quickly, and the process was started and done in just a few weeks instead of the months I was expecting. No stress at all.

My wife and I are grateful that Stephanie was recommended to us as a broker in our home-buying efforts. She was an awesome person to work with and provided expert, proactive assistance in buying our first and second homes in the Spartanburg area. Stephanie did an OUTSTANDING job in listing my home for sale and we had an above asking price offer in literally hours! She was such a wonderful person to work with.
