Coldwell Banker Burnet

My wife and I used Aaron for the first time when we bought a home in Rochester. He was so good to work with due to his honesty, attention to detail and follow thru of any questions or concerns that when we were going to sell our home he was the only person we wanted to work with. He remained true to all of his qualities and made the sale efficient. As before, we would not hesitate to refer anyone to work with him for either a purchase or sale of property. The process of buying or selling a house can be stressful. Theres a lot to consider and most important is finding the right realtor to make the process as simple as possible. Thats where Aaron comes in. From the time I called, to the signing of final paperwork I couldnt have asked for better service. Next time you need to buy or sell property dont hesitate to call Aaron. He will not disappoint.

Aaron was an outstanding Realtor throughout our home-buying journey. Since we were relocating from another state, we had many questions about the area, the buying process, and the local market. Aaron was always patient, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and never made us feel pressured. His guidance and honest advice gave us confidence in every decision we made. He kept us informed every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciate everything Aaron did for us and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Aaron was fantastic to work with throughout the full process for both buying a new residence, but also selling our current house. He has great knowledge of the local markets and helped us understand what's available, helped find places for us based on our requirements, and made the whole process very seamless. Easy to work with and great communication throughout. Would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell!
