We had sold our home up in Humboldt County and planned to buy a home down here in Sonoma in order to be closer to our grown children and grandchildren. When we first planned to move the market was easier but by the time we sold our home and actually moved the housing market had gotten really difficult. We despaired of finding a home we could afford! We met Marcia through a family member and immediately she was helping us look and encouraging us that we could find something. Her unwavering optimism really helped us keep searching. She encouraged us to make offers even when we didn't think it was a possibility. Just a little more than a week later we had two offers accepted and we had found our home.
