We were relocating from the Bay Area down to the Central Cost and not to familiar with the area, Irene was able to help us with her knowledge of the Central Cost to locate a home which fit perfectly with our budget, requested needs and desires and in the perfect location for us. With us still living in the bay area she followed up constantly with us as to any items that needed our immediate attention. In addition with the relocation we were also using a loan processor which was located in the bay area. Irene kept in constant contact with the loan processor to ensure that everything was received by the loan processor to closed escrow in a timely manner.
