What makes Brian good at what he does is his introspective nature and the ability to listen and collaborate. The sale of my long-time home was very short as it sold 3 days of going on the market. It was a difficult decision due to the initial fear and attachment of letting go of what I came to call a special place for me, and Brian was able to connect with me in a more deeper level and find common grounds, thus easying my pain and restoring my faith that I can and will find that special place that I will again call home. Brian is a people's person, and he is authentic. It's wasn't the number of houses sold or his knowledge of the industry that sold him to me, it was his ability to always listen without interrupting, and spoke only when needed to be spoken, as well as have a balanced sense of humor. It's not the person with the most knowledge that makes the most sales, it's the one that goes beyond making a sale, it's the one that finds and makes that human connection, and Brian exceeds at this.
