Coldwell Banker Best Homes

Kristina is a wonderful real estate agent who is responsive, knowledgeable and thoughtful. She helped us learn about the real estate options in Port Townsend, Sequim and Port Ludlow. She provided helpful insights in our search and ultimately helped us find the perfect home. We have really enjoyed working with Kristina and The Agency team. We highly recommend them.

Rodney is a joy to work with. He took us through every step of the real-estate process and made sure we knew exactly what we were doing. He has a great sense of humor and easy to talk with. He made us feel very comfortable and welcomed into our new community. I have worked with many realtors in the past. I highly recommend him as your first choice whether you are selling or buying your home.

It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with Rodney. It took us 14 months to sell my Mom's house in the new era market, down from the 2023/2024 high water mark. We finished with a fair price and sold to a good community person. It was tough going, but Rodney stayed the course with many Open Houses, staging, refreshing the listing and so many personal touches on his time. I consider Rodney a new friend first, and my agent second. He is a good man!

Rodney was outstanding throughout this home selling process from appraisal, suggesting listing price, helped with staging, and finally negotiating the selling price. Would highly recommend Rodney Just for any of your real estate needs!

Kristina is knowledgeable, competent, patient, energetic, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect house within our budget. We are happy and most appreciative with how she made this otherwise stressful experience as smooth and effortless as possible. We would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.
