She is professional, trustworthy, and has great knowledge of the area. Rachels biggest strength is communication. We worked well together when working on initial pricing, right through to negotiating the sale. Every step of the way she kept me completely in the loop and was responsive to my suggestions. I would definitely work with Rachel again. As a side note, Rachels father Beau is also outstanding to work with. He is a seasoned veteran who has worked closely with me in the past.

I reached out trying to get a house in the hamptons that my mother can stay at for a month while she receives cancer treatment. I noticed several of his properties were unable to be filled for the month of May and was wondering if we could knock the price down a little and get in by May 1st. He said he would check on that for me but wasnt sure if that was possible. While waiting on his response, I decided to share my interest in another home that could work. That upset him for some odd reason because he answered within minutes at midnight saying aEURoeGrace - with all due respect, You send me this same email on another listing yesterday. The answer is no.aEUR? Was willing to pay full price but now I will be taking my business elsewhere. Good luck filling the vacancy for May.
