Coldwell Banker Bain

Not only did we score our dream house because of Rick, but he took care of everything while I was stuck at home with morning sickness. My husband and I were blown away by his work ethic. He was honest, professional, and experienced enough to handle the complications of our home purchase. We feel so lucky to have had him on our side!

Rebecca gave me full benefit of her deep knowledge of the local real estate market. She was professional, reliable, and committed to enabling me to make an informed decision on a home that more than met my needs.

Rick was our agent for a very difficult house sale, and we felt he did a phenomenal job. It was comforting to know how many years of experience Rick has in real estate, and his clear understanding of the market. He took the time to listen to our input on the property, and provided us with a efficient plan to sell our property for the maximum value. There was no pressure along the way and his communication was excellent! He guided us through the process and gave us feedback he was receiving from interested buyers along the way. In the end, we were able to sell the property efficiently, and for maximum value. I will highly recommend my friends and family members to utilize Ricks expertise in the future for real estate.

We closed on our Gig Harbor-area home over a year ago and so this isnt exactly the most timely of interviews. My wife and I will soon be looking for a vacation home in a different part of the state and we remarked on how much we wished we could use Rick Burrows wherever we decide to buy. Theres a reason Rick came so highly recommended. He is a true professional with a wealth of knowledge when it came to the market and in matters related to buying locally. He remained continuously accessible throughout (and even after) the buying process. He will work diligently to represent your interests when it comes to home buying and it becomes apparent quite early just how and why he remains one of the most respected realtors in the area.

Rick is the top agent we have ever dealt with. Flexible Knowledgable clear sensible Rick is very responsive and is daily giving updates to activity. I would highly recommend him
