My house had been on market over 10 months before Kimberly took over. My former realtor agent was not able to sell my house and I had to pay all loan, electricity and water fees each month and my wife and I felt desperately disappointed. Finally we got on Zillow website and read all realtor reviews. My former agent has zero review and Kimberly has the best reviews on Zillow. I called Kimberly and she was very happy to accept my request. After one month, we got a offer which is very close to my sale price and we closed in two months. Kimberly is a very responsible and reliable realtor. I did not know her at all and I found her simply based on the reviews on Zillow. I was very lucky to have her for my agent. I believe that it is very important to find a good realtor if you want to sell your house quickly and get a good price. Selling a house is very different from buying one . It looks simple, actually it is a very complicated process and involved many, many factors. I just sold my house . This is the god blessing !!!
