ZillowVERIFIED Kim is hands down the reason my husband and I were able to purchase our home and made it possible every step of the way. i?ll walk you through the circumstances that stood in our way, and how Kim managed to find solutions to every issue. #1. we were casually browsing for homes, but we found THE ONE! We were up against an all-cash offer, but Kim knew the seller?s realtor and was able to ensure them we were serious buyers (even though we were first time home buyers) kim has connections and a network that you want on your side.!! #2. she has incredible network of people you can utilize. she set us up with an insurance concierge that helped us and saved us over 800 a year on car and home insurance AND the coverage was better then we previously had. #3. We were locked in a lease for 12 more months (i know, we JUST re-signed) we were going to be stuck in the lease unless we found replacement tenants that the property manager approved and accepted. we tried posting on facebook, but i reached out to Kim and she found viable tenants who were actually able to take over the lease and get approved within a month. Kim literally stayed up until almost midnight while we were struggling looking at the lender and loan documents, and acted as our advocate the entire step of the way! i could not recommend her more. please do yourself a favor and just talk to her. she is the most lovely human and person. she wants to genuinely wants what?s best for you, whether that be buying a home or waiting until the time is right.

We purchased our house from afar (North Carolina) and her expertise and responsiveness was invaluable to us. In what can only be termed a crazy market, we were terrified that we wouldnt be able to secure a house in time for our move in the fourth quarter of 2021. We arrived on a Friday in October and, with Kims fortitude, we powered through looking at house after house. Fortunately, she brough us to a great selection of homes and we identified two that we loved. She was able to help us navigate the offer process to ensure our offers were competitive, reasonable and as attractive as possible. By Sunday, we were accepted by our top choice and closed within 3 weeks. This was my 10th move, with the last 3 home sale/buying experience with Kim. Always a pleasure working with Kim. I know Kim has my best interest in mind when buying or selling my home. Never did I feel like KIm was working for the other side. The words Oh, I cant ask them that or we cant do that have never been said by Kim. Kim is more Ill ask and see what they say or no, you dont have to do that (when asked by a buyer for something). Kim is all the adjectives above plus plus. At my last closing (3/22/21) Kim found an error of $1600 that I was being overcharged. What an awesome and unexpected surprise, for sure! Thats how good Kim is! She knows her stuff!
