Coldwell Banker Apex, REALTORS

Cherry is one of the top sellers in the Brazos county area and there is a reason why. She works to get your property sold. She networks with other RE agents in the region, helps you prepare your home to look its absolute best, has a kind and caring spirit, and has a great team working with her. Her team stays on top of the action and carefully follows through on details. All of this makes a huge difference. Sellng a home is a difficult process and they help to take the stress out of the situation.

We connected with Jarrett Baker-Wilkinson he is by far the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His dedication to his clients, market knowledge and availability is unmatched. Before working with him I had tried to find a rental on my own with no success most of the listings I had reached out to previously would not get back to me within a week and some not at all. When I started working with Jarrett that completely changed he was able to get me all then info I needed within an hour or 2. He was also able to work with the listing agents to get us showing at a time that worked for us always within a day or 2 depending on the occupancy status of the rental. We will most defiantly be working with him again.

Jarrett was amazing, went above and beyond during the entire process to help us choose the right house and helped us through the entire purchasing process!

Jarrett is very professional and thorough in his listening to your wants and needs and knowledgeable of the market. Very helpful regarding available housing in different areas of Bryan College Station. I feel I have not only a real estate agent but a friend.

Katie is a terrific realtor and absolute expert in the Bryan/College Station area. From our first meeting she took the time to understand what I was looking for and was able to immediately help me narrow my search. Once a price was agreed to, she got the ball rolling very quickly with inspections and scheduling closing. She was VERY responsive to all my questions and did not hesitate to reach out to the seller's agent for information on the home. She is a fantastic realtor that I would highly recommend to my closest friends.
