Specifically, I experience longer than usual delays, waiting for the closing. Covid backed up the building variance approval process. Gail made inquiries on my behalf with the building approval board and got the ball rolling. She also spoke with the buyer, in a much more eloquent tone to get them in sibk with our transaction. They were content to wait. Gail got them focused and we completed the transaction. She listened to my concerns, gave feedback and validation. She was pivotal to keep the deal alive.

Gail was great to work with. As executor for my fathers estate, I needed to sell my fathers home after he passed away. I did not know anything about the local market as I live out of state. I cold called Gail after doing some research on the internet. She welcomed the opportunity to represent me and with her assistance priced the house relative to market conditions. She lived up to her reputation and did an excellent job of representing me. Due to the drastic change in interest rates the buyer took a lot longer than normal to re-obtain financing.
