Coldwell Banker Advantage

I would completely recommend Anna and her team. From start to finish Anna was professional , available , help us get the house ready for listing and made the whole process easier for us. Anna explained all the steps and legalities involved. As our listing agent, she was fantastic in protecting our interest when accessing our homes value and pricing it. Her knowledge about real estate and the field made us feel comfortable. She was easy to question and work with. We ended up selling the house in less than 3 days and got 12K over asking. Anna LaBelle did a great job

We've known Anna for about 8 years now. We did not write an review back when we first met her in 2013, so this review also covers what we missed back then. She was helpful, accommodating, and above all, genuine. After looking for a house for about 3-4 months, and couple of unsuccessful offers, we decided to call off the plan to purchase a house at the time. Anna was still happy to show us house when we were ready again. She never pressured us into any commitment and advised us on all aspects of purchasing a house as a first time buyer.Fast forward 8 years and here we are trying to purchase a house again. We contacted Anna of course, and she is still the same person, helpful, accommodating, and genuine. We finally closed on a house last week and we cannot be more appreciative of her work and help. She is an honest and genuine person, and we find those personal characters utmost valuable in these difficult times. We thank her again for what she did for us through those years and we recommend her as your next agent! Thank you Anna!

Very friendly and professional. Quick to respond to any problems or questions. Will certainly use again, as I am an investor. Has local knowledge of the area. She gives very good advice on what the home is worth.Dan O

Anna was patient, pointed out details and concerns, always available, understood what I wanted, helped solve issues and negotiate a fair sale that got the most for my house.

Anna and her team were one of the most honest people Ive met in my life, I'm so grateful that Ive found her house and rented it out, an amazing home, she did everything she could to make me comfortable since we were doing everything over the phone, very professional and skilled, hope karma comes back to you and gives you what you deserve!!
