I paid over 20% less than I expected. I was in a hurry to buy, but she said she would put in an offer for less...offer was accepted! She always answered phone, even at 6am on a holiday, then met me at the property! The property was a very low dollar amount, not much of a commission, but OUTSTANDING EFFORT on her part!
