Coldwell Banker Access Realty

Amber is one of the better agents in the area! I would say her marketing is pretty amazing and EXCEPTIONAL! I have tried to sell this property with 3-4 other agents previously and none of them could do it. Amber was the only one who got it sold! If you have any doubt in your mind about whether you should hire her. Just hire her! You will not be disappointed! She will go above and beyond! Thank you Amber!

My late Brother hired Janice as his Real Estate representative when he purchased his home. In his Will, he stated that Janice should be the person to sell his home as well. Janice was the consummate Professional! She researched comps in the area. As the Executor for this property, she helped me orchestrate Estate Sale companies prior to the sale of his home. Janice was 100% transparent throughout the listing process and most importantly, present in the entire home sale and closing process. I would 100% recommend Janice for your Real Estate needs.

Amber made the entire home buying process easy for us. Whenever we had questions, she was always 100% responsive. I would definitely recommend her to other future homebuyers!

Janice was excellent assisting us with finding a new home and marketing our old home as well, which was listed only two days before she found a buyer. Miss Stefanski was also very helpful with navigating the purchase of our new home. She constantly kept us updated with issues on both contracts and was on call constantly answering our questions and mentioning some we didnt have but should have.

I had a great experience with Janice. She was very familiar with the area and was a great listing agent for my sale. She communicates well and is detail oriented. I would recommend Janice to anyone in the Warner Robins / Perry area.
