Bruce was new to the area in which we were selling our home, he did massive amounts of research to make himself an expert. He got us almost immediate offers and advised us on which one to take. He guided us for preparing that house for sale and worked to get us an extra $10,000 in upgrades for our new home (I didn't know that was possible!) So glad we had him with us for both the sale and purchase.
