Stacy was a joy to work with and very knowledgeable in the luxury, ocean-view Leucadia/Encinitas home market. Stacy was helpful every step of the way with cleaning out my existing home, offering valuable recommendations for an Estate Sale, organizing, clean up, donations and junk removal. When it came time to list my home, she listened to me in regard to private showings verses an open house. When the offers started coming in, she had my back the whole way, negotiating with prospective buyers, maximizing the sale price and ultimately selling my home for almost a million over the asking price! Stacy is a trusted advisor, and I highly recommend her services!

I reached out to Stacy over a year ago to help a close friend who was considering a move from out of state. From day one, Stacy went above and beyond, for an entire year, she helped my friend learn about different communities, school districts, and truly listened to her needs. She even sent flyers to homeowners in neighborhoods my friend loved, hoping to uncover off-market opportunities when inventory was low. Stacy is intelligent, kind, patient, and incredibly faithful to her work. When my friend flew into town to tour homes, Stacy had everything perfectly organized. She had appointments scheduled, properties lined up, and neighborhood tours planned. She ultimately helped her find her dream home and made the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. Stacy handled a multiple-offer situation with professionalism and skill, helping my friend successfully secure the home. After closing, she even delivered a thoughtful gift filled with local artisan products and continued to support her with recommendations for electricians, summer camps, and more. What sets Stacy apart is her long-term commitment, whether it takes a week or a year, she's all in. She's never pushy, but she's a strong negotiator and deeply knowledgeable about the market. Knowing my friend was in such good hands and ended up in her perfect home meant the world to me. I highly recommend Stacy to anyone who is looking for a realtor.

We recently purchased a property in Oceanside. Working with Stacy was a pleasure from start to finish. She was professional, friendly and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and informed. She found us the perfect home within our budget and made the process stress-free. We couldn't be happier with Stacy, and we highly recommend her service.

I worked with Stacy Gardner, Coldwell Banker Realtor as an out of state buyer returning to CA for about 10 months. Stacy was so responsive to my many requests to not only search for properties, preview properties, and perform comparative analyses on them. She hung in there supporting me during a very challenging market & environment. Stacy was very professional in her dealings with sellers realtors as she pursued property details. She was highly knowledgeable in the many neighborhoods & communities within North San Diego County where I was searching. I would highly recommend working with Stacy if you are searching for a new home or wish to list your home. You can expect a high level of dedication, detail, & professionalism.
