My husband and I are both military with deployments under our belt. We are very young, dont have too much money and have given everything to be together. Phil not only got us a house in our budget but found us our dream house and fought hard for us. We closed in 30 days even with complications on our side. Phil was quick, efficient and it showed during the entire process. He broke everything down for us so that we understood what all the costs would be and what all the terms meant. Phil went over and beyond, throughout both buying and selling. We initially purchased our home through Phil in July of 2021. He was a great advocate for us, as we went through this process as first time homebuyers, and I felt much more prepared as I made my second purchase. Phil also worked with us as we sold our home. This was by no means an easy process --- we lost a buyer, after nearly 50 days under contract --- and Phil deescalated my emotions well, and stepped up and got us back on the track towards selling our house quickly. Through this whole process, Phil listened well and provided good advice to how to sell our home. I struggle to think there are stronger realtors in Connecticut.
