After a terrible experience with another relator earlier in the year, our hopes of buying in 2023 were bleak. From day one, Dan was such a pleasure to work with. He came as a referral from a peer, and I am so happy we reached out. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest, while informing me on the market as interest rates hit a two decade high. My partner and I have been casually looking for the perfect home for the last couple years. As first time home buyers, we were very picky with what we wanted and the location we wanted to be in. Dan was patient and listened to all our needs and personalized our search on his MLS site. For the first time since browsing the market, we felt like we were seeing homes that fit all our criterias without compromising our price range, something we hadnt experienced in the past. Dan took us out on a Saturday, set up half a dozen showings. We trusted him right away, as he offered his opinion on location and appearance from outside. Things continued to get better as he looked at the home with us, opened closet doors, looked at foundation, piping, hardware, all of which novice first time home buyers, might not look at (meaEUR|). He was personable, and told us about his experience in flipping homes in the past, his experiences, and trusted aEUR~guys for that. We ended up finding our perfect home that day in an area we would have never considered, because we didnt know about it. We were guided on our offer, shown comps in the area that recently sold and what to ask for. Everything was explained to us in detail every step of the way, leaving no question unanswered. He set up and booked the inspection with us and attended it, too. We really appreciated that. Negotiation was quick and we closed in 30 days. As we get ready to move-in this weekend, we couldnt be any happier with our purchase. We really feel like we won with this one. All thanks to our wonderful relator, Dan. Highly recommend! Cheers!
