Evan was top notch from start to finish in our home buying process! Trying to shop for, let alone buy a home from New England, is not easy. Evan made sure to understand our must haves, let alone our wish list and helped us narrow down the choices, and eliminate the homes that may have looked great online but weren?t right for us. When we flew down for showings he had everything lined up and scheduled leaving enough time for the homes we needed to spend more time in. He was agile in working us into spur of the moment showings, as well. He helped us in the negotiations and navigating the myriad of details with the closing documents from long distance. He even assisted I finding us a good contractor to do desired updates on the home before we move in. Evan and the Sarver Group support team were a blessing and a Godsend!
