Coldwell Bankder Realty

We used Martine to buy our first house and she was very helpful and full of great advices. For our second house, we didn't have to think twice and Martine was our first and only go-to person. Martine knew exactly what we wanted and worked with us closely to find the perfect match with no compromises and with the best value. I would definitely use her services again in the future.

I had the pleasure of meeting Martine Bonhoure when I relocated to Northern Colorado from Brazil, and working with her as my real estate agent was an absolute delight. As someone who moved internationally, having a professional like Martine, who speaks multiple languages, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process much smoother. Martine's attention to detail and dedication to going the extra mile truly set her apart in the competitive real estate market. As a specialist in international real estate and an expert in assisting expatriates, Martine's ability to speak multiple languages proved invaluable in bridging communication gaps and ensuring a seamless transition. Her friendly and approachable nature, combined with her expertise, made the often complex process of buying a home in a new country feel not only manageable but enjoyable. I highly recommend Martine Bonhoure for anyone seeking a real estate agent who not only possesses an in-depth understanding of the market but also prioritizes the individual needs of her clients. Wishing Martine all the best in her future endeavors aEUR" she is truly a standout professional in the real estate industry! Additionally, I look forward to the day when I can return to Colorado and go skiing with Martine aEUR" an experience I'm sure will be as enjoyable as our professional collaboration.

Martine worked beyond our expectations; she was so flexible and always helpful. She really understands that other cultures can work differently and is open-minded to make things flow even with those differences. If you are a foreigner, I recommend her support; she understands a lot about all the laws that affect taxes applied to people outside the USA.

Martine is the best realtor agent in Northern CO, very professional, detail oriented, available, resilient and also she is very ethical in everything that she does.I really recommend her if you are looking for somebody that you can trust and knowledgeable about the area.

After moving to Colorado from France, I was looking to buy a home but didn't really know where to start and which neighborhoods to look at. Martine has been extraordinary to not only guide me in choosing the right fit of area for me but also helped me understand the process as a foreigner and as a first time home buyer. I can only recommend her service!
