This is the second home we bought with Derricks help. Derrick helped us get into our beautiful island home in 2017.... and whats more... he helped get us back into it (literally) after Hurricane Irma. Like he was helping move debris so we could gain entry to the home we closed on just days before the hurricane hit our island chain. Not only did he walk us through the home buying process, and help us find the neighborhood that was right for us... he has continued to provide support and recommendations to us in our community. When we sell or buy again, I know who we will be counting on to walk us through it.

More than an amateur psychologist! Had a somewhat difficult property Derrick sold for us and talked me off the ledge more than once. Ultimately got close to our asking price and the closing was a breeze. We were at work when the deal went down and Derrick did everything.
