Very poor service, with lots of pointless communication going back and forth. Does not seem to understand (or care) about the clients needs. The house we looked at was actually in bad condition. I would not recommend him at all.

Ive done a number of real estate transactions over the years, and Gary is by far the most responsive and professional real estate agent Ive ever worked with. My wife and I had very specific requirements for the waterfront vacation property we were looking for in southern Oregon, and had been looking for over a year. We worked with several other agents in the area during that time. They would show us a couple of properties that werent really suitable, and then ghost us. Gary literally drove hundreds of miles up and down the Oregon coast to remotely preview properties for us over roughly a 9 month period, until he found the right one. His follow up after closing was exceptional too. There were issues that had to be addressed onsite right after closing, and he handled those without hesitation.
