My partner and I had been navigating the absolute insanity of the housing market over the last several years in an attempt to purchase our first home. We put in probably 10 offers (with another Realtor) without any success before we reached out to Allison. We really had become fatigued with the whole process and were ready to throw our hands up in exasperation and put our endeavor-to-own on the back burner for a few years (hoping the market would shift to a buyers market instead of a sellers market). From the moment she tapped into our corner, we saw an immediate shift in our good fortunes. Where we were exhausted and ready to give up, Allison was fresh and in problem-solver mode; no obstacle was too great and she was always ready with solutions. If it hadnt been for her efforts on our behalf, we would probably still not have closed on a property and would not even be seriously looking. Allison was truly a light in the dark. I truly cannot recommend McKi enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!! As first-time home buyers, we had a lot to learn and McKi was there to answer every question along the way. She is extremely communicative, supportive, and patient. We were slow to find the house that was right for us, and we never felt any pressure to rush or settle for the wrong house. We always felt like she truly wanted us to find a house we loved rather than to just close out the process. When we found a house we loved, she was extremely engaged in helping us think through our options and pulled together our offer quickly. Our closing process was incredibly easy and smooth, and it was really all due to McKi coordinating with all of the different parties and advocating on our behalf.
