Coastal Properties

Ms. Padgett went far beyond what is expected from an agent. My husband and myself were totally clueless on how to proceed but she made the entire process seem easy. She was easily contacted, she went to bat for what she thought was fair, she showed us however many properties we wanted to look at. If there was any snag or concern, she was right on top of it working it out. She gave us advice when we needed it and suggested things to us that we would have never even thought of. She had contacts for all of the things we needed to complete. She was and is an exceptional agent and now friend.

Demetria Padgett is one of a kind she helped us through our first home buying experience and took care of us from beginning till closing and beyond. If anyone is looking for someone easy and brilliant to work with then look no further you found her!

Demetria went above and beyond to help us find our home!Demetria looked for almost two years. She canceled appointments and was always looking! We had to sell our home before we got ours here in NC, that is why it took so long! She is amazing!

Demetria did an incredible job of leading us through a complex purchase of a second home. We are forever grateful for her support and commitment to get us to the finish line!

What a great experience working with Demetria!! Her extended knowledge of the area was so helpful and she helped get us all we wanted in our new home. We are so happy!
