Ashley and her twin, Blair, went the full mile for me and my two demanding partners (whom they nicknamed "The Three Amigos") in locating a desirable property that met all our needs in Lake Worth, Florida. With an all-cash deal, we were able to close within five weeks of making our first offer. The primary negotiator for the Three Amigos lives in Europe. Ashley and Blair demonstrated their commitment to our purchase by paying international phone rates throughout the negotiation process and graciously working around the 6-hour time difference. Whenever negotiations with the seller's agent hit a snag, Ashley and Blair stepped in with a solution. This included getting estimates from local vendors for critical bargaining estimates (washer/dryer hook up and roof replacement) with rapid turn-around times, and recommending can-do underwriters for a property that standard carriers refused to insure until certain conditions had been repaired. None of the Three Amigos lives in the Florida area but Ashley and Blair were able to simplify the negotiations with their expert use of electronic signature software and occasional text messaging to ensure that all addenda were signed in a timely fashion. Neither Ashley nor Blair have been in the real estate business for long but I am confident they will have a successful future with their demonstrated commitment to customer service!

From the first phone call to Ashley she was energized & enthusiastic. As we spoke she assured my wife & I that she would indeed help us find a condo for my sister in the Lake Worth, Fla. area. Immediately she established a portal that enabled us to review on line multiple condo's with all the pertinent facts & photo's. When we arrived in Florida from California & New Jersey, Ashley had many appointments already lined up over the span of 6 days. We eventually found a lovely condo & Ashley really shined in lining up inspectors, a title company, insurance & meetings with the HOA at the condo complex.
