My experience with Jen was actually amazing. My fiance and I are first time home buyers and truly had no clue what we were doing once we got approved for our mortgage. Jen was recommended to us by a friend of ours after multiple other agents never responded to our inquiries. Jen was very clear with us about the process and worked with our schedule for showings. We had a horrible time with our lender and Jen actually called them and explained to them that we needed help understanding the process. She was by our side through the entire process and even when we finally chose our home and had anxiety she was always trying to calm us down and help us. My fiance and I both agreed that if we ever have to buy another home she is the only person we want to work with and without her help in this process we probably wouldnt have bought a home.
