I don't leave negative reviews lightly, but I also believe future sellers deserve to know what our experience was like. Our transaction was filled with delays, poor communication, and changing explanations that made an already stressful process even more difficult. One example that really stood out was after our agreed closing date had already passed. We were told additional documents were still needed and were repeatedly asked to wait just a little longer. Then, after weeks of uncertainty, the transaction ultimately ended with a mutual release anyway. Throughout the process, it often felt like we were always hearing a new reason for the delay instead of getting a clear picture of where things actually stood. As the seller, it was incredibly frustrating to put our plans on hold while waiting for answers that kept changing. I understand that not every issue is within a Realtor's control, and financing can be complicated. However, I do expect honest communication, realistic expectations, and respect for everyone's time. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. If you're a seller considering an offer represented by this agent, my advice is to stay on top of every contractual deadline, ask lots of questions, and make sure everything being communicated is verified. I wish we had been more cautious from the beginning. I genuinely wish the buyers the best, but based on our experience, I would not choose to work through another transaction represented by this agent.
